See the truth in your data. Your Virtual Remote Operator connects directly to your Bazefield Data Platform, reasons across monitoring, analytics, and operations, and delivers actionable answers in seconds — so your team can focus on decisions, not data gathering.
Ask about any site, asset, or KPI in plain language. VeRO queries your data in real time and returns summaries, tables, and charts.
Ad-hoc reporting of top performance issues, root-cause alarms, and sources of losses. Rank downtime contributors, compare availability across sites, or drill into a specific asset.
Surface operator performance in the remote operating centre — mean time to acknowledge, mean time to respond, and alarm handling efficiency across your team.
VeRO reads and writes. Acknowledge alarms, edit allocations, update cases, and navigate between Portal apps — all from the conversation. Two-way interaction, not just reporting.
VeRO connects to docs.bazefield.com and the support portal — surfacing product docs, how-to guides, and self-help articles in the conversation.
Create your own skills, tools, and agents on top of the defaults shipped by Bazefield. Tailor AI workflows to your processes, naming conventions, and operational playbooks.
Every conversation is saved per user. Pick up where you left off, revisit past analyses, and build on previous insights.
See who’s using VeRO, how often, and for what. Restrict access by role, monitor adoption, and manage AI permissions — all scoped to your existing Bazefield permission model.
Ask VeRO to build a BI dashboard, generate a periodic report, or create a single-line diagram — delivered in seconds, ready to share or refine. No drag-and-drop required.
Take VeRO with you. A dedicated mobile app for fleet insights on the go — check site status, ask questions, and get instant answers from anywhere.
Autonomous downtime editing — VeRO recognises alarm patterns, assigns allocation categories, and validates availability data with minimal human oversight.
Connect VeRO to third-party services via the MCP protocol — drone inspections, weather forecasts, grid operators, and CMMS platforms all feeding into the same conversation.
We manage the full AI stack in Microsoft Azure — LLM access, API management, monitoring, and scaling. Nothing to deploy.
Your Bazefield instance runs in your own cloud subscription. Bring your own LLM API key — we provide the VeRO platform and MCP server.
VeRO works on on-premise Bazefield installations where the IT network permits outbound HTTPS traffic to cloud LLM provider endpoints. BYO LLM is enforced — customer provides their own API key.
VeRO is not available for air-gapped OT/SCADA networks. AI features require outbound internet access to cloud LLM APIs, which is incompatible with industrial cyber security frameworks governing critical infrastructure.
Every tool is purpose-built for renewable energy operations. Query sites, assets, time series, alarms, availability, events, and more — all through a standardised protocol that any AI agent can use.
VeRO never sends raw SCADA data to LLM providers. AI prompts contain structured query context — site names, KPI values, and aggregated statistics. Your time series, proprietary models, and control configurations stay within your Bazefield instance. All LLM communication is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3), and Bazefield-managed customers benefit from per-tenant API key isolation through Azure API Management. Enterprise customers can further restrict data handling via DPA addenda.
Zero-ops AI — Bazefield manages the LLM infrastructure, model routing, and API costs. You just use VeRO.
Platform fee only — you provide your own LLM API key. Full cyber security control, your IT team manages data routing and model selection.
For integrators building their own AI agents. Programmatic MCP tool access to Bazefield data without the VeRO chat UI. Headless API-only.
